Cancellation Policy and Deposit Information

Thank you for choosing Gurumonchis Massage. To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process for all our clients, we have established a cancelation policy that includes a deposit requirement. Here’s everything you need to know:

Deposit Policy

Deposit Amount: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Payment Method: Deposits can be made via accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, cashapp, zelle

Timing: The deposit must be received at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Cancelation Policy

Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

Cancelation Fees:

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a future appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable. 

No-Show: For no-shows, the deposit will be forfeited and may be subject to additional charges depending on the circumstances.
